James Langley Memorial Trust


Supporting members of the CBSO Youth Orchestra

The first award under the terms of the James Langley Memorial Trust (JLMT) was presented at the Midland Youth Orchestra's 40th Anniversary Gala Concert in Symphony Hall, Birmingham, in 1996.

Since then, there have been 56 awards covering a diverse range of assistance from instrument purchases to tuition fees and support for attending music college.
